Privacy
Swan Revival is a one-person fan project. I keep as little as I can, I don’t sell or share any of it, and there are no ads, analytics, or trackers.
If you sign in
- Your Discord or Google account number, so I know it’s you next time. I don’t get your email address, password, or profile.
- The name you pick, and when you made the account.
- The consoles you link: the name you gave each one, and when it was linked and last used.
- The Fishing Freaks catches you post.
Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days, plus a short-lived one during sign-in. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. That removes all of the above. Your WonderGate scores stay on the boards under the name you typed in each game, without your account name.
WonderGate games
The RevivalGate server keeps what the games send it, as the original servers did: scores with the name you typed in, the ID number the game made up for your console, and game data such as Digimon parties. The ID is never shown on this site. Scores and names on the boards are public.
Cart mail from MobileWonderGate is kept on the server until it’s collected, and only the newest 100 per address. It isn’t encrypted, so don’t send anything private.
Translation feedback
What you write in a feedback form, which game and version it’s about, and the email address or Reddit name you give, if any. I only use them to fix translations and to reply to you. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam.
The patcher
Your ROM never leaves your device. The patching happens in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Addresses and logs
The site and server use your IP address to limit how often requests can be made. Where the server has to tell connections apart, it keeps only a one-way hash of the address, never the address itself. The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived request logs.
The leaderboard search remembers the last name you looked up, and the browser Link keeps its device token, in your own browser only. The token shows on your account page, where you can remove it.
